Cute hotel on the main square in the old part of town. Very nice staff and fun location with views of the sea. Parking is a bit of a walk and locating the hotel might be difficult at night. Old town is quiet and picturesque. It's also a nice walk to main area of restaurants.

Very convenient location, two minutes walk from RENFE station and 5 - 10 minutes walk from Irun Colon Euskotren station and town centre. Very friendly, cheerfully helpful staff and comfortable room in which everything worked. -
Location to train station. The value was Beverly good and staff were very helpful.

Un lugar sencillo pero muy comodo para descansar.Esta todo muy bien organizado, las instalaciones son bastante nuevas.Las camas suelen ser literas pero con una taquilla para dejar tus cosas con llave.El desayuno básico pero suficiente.Muy limpio y atendido con pulcritud. -
Su ubicación en zona arbolada y a 10 minutos andando del centro.

Es un hotelito con pocas habitaciones, decorado en estilo rústico pero señorial, con detalles originales.

Los dueños son encantadores. Te explican todo y están a tu disposición. El autobús que te deja en el centro de San Sebastián está a 3 minutos. Es un sitio tranquilo donde se descansa muy bien. La relación calidad precio es lo mejor. La ducha es genial! -

Pension is really great. It is constructed inside the building that is surrounded by factories, but inside it's looking amazing. The owner is great person. He was building pension for five years by himself and he did a great job! He waited for us until 3 a.m. in the morning and allowed us to check out at 3 p.m. because of it. He also gave us gifts

It's 4-5 km from San Sebastian center, but if you have a car, it's really no problem... I will come back here next time! -
Never judge a book by it's cover! This hotel is built within an old factory so the outside looks horrible but after taking the industrial lift upstairs you enter into another world. Clean, stylish, contemporary design with all the facilities. We used it as a stop over but you could use it as a base to explore the nearby mountains and coast of San Sabastian. The owner is really helpful and friendly and gave us maps and advice.
