I was impressed with Tosca's attentiveness - she asked where I would like to go and brought out a map to help me. I felt very well looked after. Then in the morning I had breakfast and the manager (forgot his name) was talkative and friendly and I enjoyed the breakfast. -

Very positive! I have lived in KZN all my life and often booked at expensive hotels, however Sica Guest House was a humbly experience bcoz I was treated to friendly people with no hassles! l would have rated excellent on facilities,but telephone was not working and had to go downstairs to order room service which was a nightmare. Food server was horrible,given wrong order drink,to top it all,it was delivered 1/30(one

The staff was very friendly and warm. We were treated very well. The location of the hotel was very central to most tourist attractions and there was a great vibe. The breakfast was very nice as well. The hotel was ideal for a family as the fridge, kettle with beverages and sink plus microwave was a bonus as it made it possible to save on costs by not having to eat out and enjoy meals in the hotel, appreciating the views in the dining area. The hotel gets a 10/10 from me and i really got value

I loved the 3 bathrooms and bedrooms. we could all get ready at the same time and warm water doesn't even run out for 6 people. The lving areas are huge and the fact that it is right accross the beaches was very nice for the kids to play in the beach.
