  The general ambience of the hotel. With the exception of 1 member of staff we were very impressed with the way in which staff had been trained and the way in which they attended to every need of their guests. Our room had an exceptional view and was very well equipped. Buffet breakfast was one of the best we've ever enjoyed.   Our stay at Thanda was exceptional surrounded by only the sounds of the bush in very luxurious accommodation and privacy exactly what we were looking for. I cannot recommend Thanda enough what a great place.
