We were well received by the owner of the place who was very warm and friendly. He made sure we were as comfortable as possible. We stayed in the three-bedroom chalet which was very clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was great. We all enjoyed our stay immensely. -

the staff was exceptionally friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. the rooms are spacious and the bed are really comfortable. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel and we can safely say all the meals were gourmet meals which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you Gateway holiday for a wonderful stay -

The special treats at night by closing the curtains, open of beds and
chocolates were very special and a nice touch. The design and re-use of
an old building is such a clever idea and most pleasing to the eye. The

The venue is situated at the habour, so we could view the activities of
the harbour which was interesting. The venue is also very peaceful and
quite, so if you want to relax, away from the "city in the
city", this is ideal. We also loved the lounge area outside in the
courtyard, so if you want to have your meal or drinks outside the
restaurant, it makes it an excellent option.

A big comfortable bed, friendly and very helpfull staff. Secure parking. Cleaning staff did an excelent job. Very business friendly when I needed to attend to some emails, they had the facality for me to do so at no extra cost. I felt home. Booking in and out was very quick with no hassels. Staff knows whats going on and stood ready the whole time

Hotel was modern. Swimming pool area is the best. Rooms are excellent and huge. The beds are out of this world. Easy access in and out Hotel. Underground Parking. Have stayed in 5 star Hotels in Durban area before and must say if sea view doesn't bother you this place is the best.

We were received warmly by very friendly staff. The room was comfortable, clean and neat and catered for our needs. The full English breakfast was tastefully delicious and filling. -
