We have never seen a hotel like this, everything was really wonderful. Upon our arrival we were even upgraded (for no additional costs!!) to a Luxury Suite. The willingness of the staff to find solutions to problems. Our reservation had somehow not come through correctly via letsbookhotel.com and they did not have any rooms left. The offered us a room at another hotel, and eventually they arranged that we could stay in the original hotel but in a larger room than booked.

This apartment was perfect. Not too big, and not small, the loft above was wonderful and the view from the window was brilliant - both the city as well as table mountain. The apartments are extremely nice. We were a group of 6 friends that rented the penthouse and our expectation were topped, a superb view and a very nice, clean place. We were also surprised to see that the apartment had anything you would wish for in the kitchen. The washing machine came in handy as well. The hotel is just minutes to walk from the restaurants and bars on Long Street. At the ground floor of the hotel we found a supermarket / sushi restaurant that came in quite handy. All in all,
