The room was spacious, chic and comfortable, with an amazing view. The staff were very helpful and the facilities (bar, pool, spa etc) were all very good. The location is great for exploring long street and other areas around there.

Full sized kitchen for self-catering (not easy to find in SA even though they may advertise as 'self-catering'). Staff were fantastic; very friendly and accommodating. Overall the best place we stayed at in South Africa!

Apartment hotel room was large and fully equipped for extended stays and had an excellent location close to eateries and clubs and added plus a great view of Table Mountain. - Great Location. Amazing Service. Parking a bit expensive, but you can park outside for cheaper. Even overnight!!

We have never seen a hotel like this, everything was really wonderful. Upon our arrival we were even upgraded (for no additional costs!!) to a Luxury Suite. The willingness of the staff to find solutions to problems. Our reservation had somehow not come through correctly via letsbookhotel.com and they did not have any rooms left. The offered us a room at another hotel, and eventually they arranged that we could stay in the original hotel but in a larger room than booked.

This place was absolutely wonderful! The staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. It is minutes away (walking) from downtown Cape Town and a 20 minute taxi ride from beautiful Table Mountain, which you have an amazing view of from the hotel itself. Also, there are several wonderful and affordable restaurants right across from the lodge!! -

This apartment was perfect. Not too big, and not small, the loft above was wonderful and the view from the window was brilliant - both the city as well as table mountain. It was my second time at this hostel and I came back three years later because I liked it. Apart from it being excellent for what is officially a backpackers place I really appreciate the attitude of owners and staff who are supporting community projects and take recycling seriously, something that is still not very wide spread in South Africa. Excellent Sandwiches and breakfast.

Rooms were spacious and very clean, with a modern design and finishes. Towels were soft and amenities were lovely. Wifi in the room was much needed. Private verandah was a wonderful feature too. Breakfast was very tasty and a great spread, with many choices.

El apartamento es cómodo y recién reformado y está muy cerca del centro. Aunque el barrio (musulmán) sorprende algo a la llegada, estuvimos muy cómodos y en ningún momento nos pareció inseguro. - Ubicación y estado de las instalaciones, todo bastante nuevo.
