Room exceptionally clean,staff very warm and helpful.Breakfast server with a smile by Your friendly chefs and staff.
l would have rated excellent on facilities,but telephone was not working and had to go downstairs to order room service which was a nightmare. Food server was horrible,given wrong order drink,to top it all,it was delivered 1/30(one

The staff was very friendly and warm. We were treated very well. The location of the hotel was very central to most tourist attractions and there was a great vibe. The breakfast was very nice as well. The hotel was ideal for a family as the fridge, kettle with beverages and sink plus microwave was a bonus as it made it possible to save on costs by not having to eat out and enjoy meals in the hotel, appreciating the views in the dining area. The hotel gets a 10/10 from me and i really got value

The staff were excellent; friendly service, more than accommodating.
Room was perfect. Bathroom were lovely.
The meals were delicious, room service was quick, and when I was sick for a day in bed, the staff were more than happy to check up and see if I needed anything.
Very, very much appreciated and one of the nicest places to stay at a good rate.
Highly recommended.

Devon was particularly efficient and helpful. I have forgotten her name but the laundry lady was wonderful, returning a pile of freshly laundered and pressed clothing after leaked shampoo in good time for our departure. -

Room was tastefully furnished and staff were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and it was very convenient having a restaurant on site to order something for dinner. - Easy access and cool for holidays.

The Lady Manageress was very professional, helpful and gave us the outmost customer service. She even cooked us a special breakfast that was so stunning! :).The staff was friendly and the rooms are very clean. we actually enjoyed being indoors than going out to town.. -
