We liked everything about the guest house. The location, the spacious clean rooms and bathroom. The shower was fantastic for regulating and for safe and easy of access for people with mobility problems.
The warm welcome from Banda on arrival to through out stay ensured we wanted for nothing.

The friendliness of the owners and staff made us really feel at home and sad to leave. The excellent breakfasts: full cooked and fresh, cold options, were a great start to every day.The location was ideal - short drives to a wide range of good, reasonably priced restaurarants. Great value for money.

The hosts are wonderful and the whole place is pretty and beatiful. There are shops in walking distance as well as the the beach. It's a good place to stay if you want to visit both Cape Town and the Cape Nature Reserve.

We really enjoyed our three nights at the cube and didn't want to
leave. The place is very well kept, clean, modern and the beds very
comfortable. The garden and pool/patio is gorgeous with a beautiful

My partner and I stayed for only 1 night at the Cube Guesthouse, which was essentially to have a night away from staying with family on a quick visit to Cape Town.
Dirk and Patrick are amazing hosts. Their house is wonderful. The surroundings are breathtaking. As other reviews have noted, the photos do not do the Guesthouse justice; it really is that picturesque!

Everything! The owners were just lovely helpful people who couldn't do enough for you. Our room was massive, the bed even bigger! We had our own balcony and the views were amazing. The location for us was perfect, we much preferred staying in Hout Bay over Cape Town. Can't say enough good things about the Amblewood - we will definitely return in the future!
