I usually stay at the Waterfront and only chose the Taj out of neccesity because everyone else was full with Argus bookings. I was very pleasantly surprised. It was my husband's 30th birthday and the hotel went out of their way to make it extra special for him. Special mention to Daphne and Mandla whom really went out of their way to make our stay extra special. I loved the room beyond everything and felt really cosy. I will definitely be back to stay at the hotel:). Thank you to your hotel and amazing staff.

Everything. From the time we checked until we left we were impressed with the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of our room, and the food in the restaurant. The overall hotel premises are well maintained, and we would definitely recommend it.
When Hilton take over in April 2013, we hope that they will continue to keep up the high standards of the present management.

Our hosts arranged that a requested wheelchair would be available from the time of our arrival from the airport. This made a big difference in our whole family being able to tour the Capetown area. That was very much appreciated!

The mod hotel together with it's location and beautiful sea and mountain views and sunsets, the bar and restaurants with their efficient and friendly staff, safe undercover parking, close proximity to Cape Town's CBD. waterfront and Century City, and the luxurious Junior suite we chose for our three night stay.
