Highly recommended!
Burt and Bev are wonderfull people who really make you feel at home and let you do your own thing. Basicly the whole top floor is for the guests with great rooms with great views and own lounge/living room with a coffee machine, fruit, fridge with beer and wine. Just like you would have at home.

Excellent location, easy to find and easy to park in front of the house. Great view from the balcony.

Burt is very friendly and giving lot of advices on things to do.

Clean, comfortable and in an excellent part of Cape Town. The area is safe enough to walk around and just up the road from the sea front. Burt, who is the owner is a wonderful host who will make you feel right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town.

It is easily accessible by car to Table Mtn., the V&A waterfront, and all the highways-40 minutes to Stellenbosch, half that to Cape Town International Airport; walking distance to the Community Gardens and 40+ restaurants. One of the best hotels I staied. View is amazing, very cozy room. At the first minute we felt like home. Good collection of books, there is even a coffe machine for exspressor. The manager who went out of his way to make our stay more comfortable by providing an extra room. The hotel is full of character and beautiful - rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you could need including bottled water. The breakfast was full of variety and delicious. And of course the lovely friendly dogs. -

This place was absolutely wonderful! The staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. It is minutes away (walking) from downtown Cape Town and a 20 minute taxi ride from beautiful Table Mountain, which you have an amazing view of from the hotel itself. The staff were excellent I really felt like home, they did everything they could to accommodate all my questions and hopes. They even organized in matter of two hours notice a rental car with a good price and horse riding safari for me and printed all maps for me to find the place even without asking. The restaurant next door that serves also the breakfast has two amazing Italian guys running it, the food is brilliant (absolutely brilliant one of the best pastas and breakfast I've ever gotten
