Lo que la gente dice
We loved this hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and close to the MRT, bus routes and Clarke Quay. Although the room was small, it was clean. Complimentary bottled water and sodas were provided. The wifi worked like a dream and was fast. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was lovely. The breakfast was made to your request but standard items were also provided. The safe in the room is large and works well. todo comentarios »
Clean rooms, comfortable bed & soft pillows, they even provide orthopedic pillows which supports the neck!
Great great Staff! Very helpful and polite.
I was asking for an adress, a young Singaporian Lady at the front desk googled the adress and handed me a printed map of how to get there from the hotel!
I will never forget this act of kindness!.
The room was very clean and new. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, did not have any problems getting help. The hotel is very close to boat and qlarke qays, like a two minute walk. I would stay there again.

Had a corner room and hence a big bedroom.
The location.
i liked the location near Clarke Quay but on a quiet side street. Lots of buses on major street and near MRT.
Very kind and helpful staff and very clean and modern building with excellent facilities.
The location is perfect, five minutes walk to Clark Q, 250 m close to metro station.
The design of the hotel, the small details offered to guests, the roof top pool.

The location is good. Very close to MRT station and China town market. Staff is nice and friendly.
The room is clean.
The place is accessible to most place of interest in Singapore.
Great staff especially the front desk lady very helpful.
The location and amenities provided for a small hotel.
Centrally located close to MRT station and Clarke Quay.
The location was excellent, very central.
Location near subway just 5 minutes walk.
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
Very good location, clean and new.
Great location, comfy room.
Neatness of the hotel.
Just that it was near to Clarke Quay.
Relatively clean but nothing else!.
Nothing.
The glass partition between the room and bathroom - it is not transparent, but still very revealing.
Maybe it would be good to add one or two fruits for breakfast!.
The breakfast was not that good, they ran out of food and would leave used untencils on thetable for the next person. Very hard to know what you could eat for breakfast. Internet was not that good in room 311, it did not work well with facetime and internet.
Pillows too fat Breakfast - needs full kitchen (though service is
attentive).
The room is by any given standard still to be considered very, very small.
Bed mattress was a bit hard.
food could be better.
the rooms are very small. the breakfast area is small as well and doesn't have much to offer...
very tiny shower room
no table in room.
None.
room quite cramped.
Room really was too small. Could hardly turn around.
very small room.
Small room&poor breakfast.
The room is tiny.
So small rooms!.
Rooms are like a capsul hotel rooms; Very very small and not functional. The worst thing is : you can not open the windows, and you have to sleep under air con. We got sick and couldn't breath in the rooms.
Very small room. Towels were not changed. Noisy.
The room is super small and difficult to move around inside literally,
the photo from the advertisement was a misrepresentation. Poor
breakfast facilities and limited or no choices not even have stocks, so
if they run out of milk for coffee you'll be ended drinking black
coffee or cereal without milk, poor guy serving breakfast as if
he's got no choice.
Undoubtedly the smallest room I have ever seen in a hotel. This is more of a boutique hotel rather than the 4 star hotel.
The room is rather small.
Very compact room.
The room is VERY small, there is no space fore two people. The breakfast was horrible. No fruit, the coffemachine was broken, the girl making the breakfast had no overwiew of the guests and kept forgetting what you ordered. The dining space was very poor, guests had to wait to get a seat. There was no option to supply your self with coffee, the or juice. We therefore only used the breakfast facilities a few times although we paid for 6 days.
Room space small & no desk/chair.
For the money the rooms were too small, Breakfast was a dissapointment. As I was attending a conference where people were from all over the world including India. I found that although many had booked very late for a hotel they had larger rooms and better breakfast and slightly lower rates than me. Their hotel were the same distant from the conference venue as mine.
Smallest room I have ever seen. Airco didn't work in our room. During the late evening we were relocated to another room of the same category. Moving our stuff two floors up turned out to be a bit difficult as the receptionist took the keycard of our old room... The new room then a very strange smell, but we did not bother to ask for another change.
Room VV SMALL
Air con weak
Not cheap on this date.
Tightness/non spaciousness of the building.
Room size awfully small though I had booked the biggest room.
I was tricked into booking here as it had a 4 star rating on letsbookhotel.com. I was already staying in a proper 4 star hotel when I booked in here. I rate it just a 2 star.
Housekeeping not available at night.
Windows open in narrow streets, so no view available from your room.
This is not a 4-star hotel!!! When asked, the hotel staff confirmed the
hotel has not been star-rated! The room is so tiny the length of the bed
is the length of the room and you can't walk around the bed because
it is tucked into 1 end of the room, against 3 walls! Worst hotel
I've ever stayed in and I would never have booked this hotel if not
for the misleading "4 stars"! Total rip off!!!!!.
Everything.
Poor value for the money the hotel charge.
