Novena Mall / Business Area and Medical center. From there easy to
go around Singapore by bus or Metro (MRT).Next to this hotel a lot
F&B outlets available for anyone...asian food or European as well.
Wi-Fi available free of charge. Easy to find taxi but to avoid morning
evening traffic. A lot of things to do in Singapore which an amazing
city god for holiday - families or single etc. Great destination and

Staff were exceptional, the chap that checked us in went above and beyond to make us feel like special guests.
We stayed in a club room, with a really comfy bed and lovely shower room with a view out over the city. The club benefits were well worth the extra, enjoyed drinks on the club level in the evening and watched the sun set.
With the MRT station (a tourist pass was cheap and took us too the airport on leaving) shops and restaurants it was easy to settle in, though taxis are also an easy

My room was clean, quiet and cool. Very good to rest in. It has strong
wifi signal. Toiletries were complete, towels adequate, though no bidet,
but, not a problem. Was not able to try their breakfast because had to
leave early to catch my flight home. Over all great stay.

Es un hotel que no pertenece a ninguna cadena internacional, por lo que es bastante representativo de la mayoría de la población de Singapur, o sea, china. No está en el centro, pero es accesible, cómodo y tranquilo. Sin excesos ni lujos, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia muy agradable. - bueno para dos noches

We stayed there five nights and I can say that the hotel reaches most of
the guest expectations: good and quiet location (very closed to Orchard
street that is the shopping heaven), bathroom amenities, quality bed
linen and towels, services, friendly and smiling staff, free wi-fi, good

- The service of the staff at Quincy is excellent! They greeted us with
a smile every time we walk passed them. My boyfriend actually
misplaced his wallet near the front desk. We received a call in our
room and was told that a cleaner picked up his wallet (when he
didn't even realize)!
- It is definitely value-for-money when hotel provided full board meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) plus free flow of drinks from 6pm to 8pm. There's complimentary mini bar in the room too!

The bed is so comfortable!! I stayed in the tree house loft. All soft drinks are complimentary. There is a nesspresso coffee machine. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast is okay, not too much to mention. But the restaurant is famous among the Singaporean(said by a local friend). Too bad I didn't have the chance to try it. -

We very much thought the staff were so friendly and helpful. From the
door people, to the Information desk, the porters, the cashiers, the
people that checked us in, the room cleaning staff and the restaurant
staff (apart from the Commis 2nd Chef who was doing the scrambled eggs

This is the best hotel if you want to stay with ur family... The room
size is big, very nice interiors, very close to orchard road... And
whosoever is writing bad about the staff it's all false... The staff
is so helpful be it the reception guys or the bell boys just so helpful
and if you are looking for Indian food nearby u have to walk for at
least 15 mins and the restaurant name is the curry culture near orchard
point.. Amazing food there.... I would definitely stay here again
