A good, comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities. We requested a room at the back of the hotel away from the MRT building site (another traveller's recommendation). It was very quiet and the view across the City was lovely. 10-15 min walk to Raffles in one direction and the same in the other direction to Orchard Road shops. Very close to the MRT which was a quick, cheap way to travel around the City (2.20 Hong Kong dollars per person from the airport to the hotel).

Every thing was perfect. From the minute we arrived we were meet by happy smiling people. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The young ladies at Reception were so helpful they were a pleasure to meet and talk with. Well done young ladies. Our room had everything we needed and housekeeping done a great job at keeping it clean and tidy. And a big thank you to the porters the first people we saw when we arrived and the last when we sadly left.

Iarrived into SG very early in the morning, and check in time wasn't until 2pm, but I still rock up at the hotel at 6.30am. The staff was very friendly and helpful to have me organized. The well maintained Residence is located on the third floor of a country club in town, and comprises of 26 rooms and 2 suites, facing either the Padang (cricket lawn) or the city. The swimming pool which is located at the corner of the basement, which feels like a pond within a cave.

This is a small hotel with only 8 floors, and as such they are able to offer a more personal service than some of the larger hotels. All of the staff were extremely courteous and polite, (especially Joe Kok who looked after us personally)

I had booked Parc Sovereign Hotel on 16th Dec 2013 Saturday.
Check in Executive Deluxe room. Air con is cold enough as compare to my previous stay on 31st August 2013 room 805.
But shower room is smaller as compare to my previous room.
For customer who look for larger room, Executive Deluxe room or Deluxe room is better opinion.
For customer who want to have a look out of nice scenery of swimming pool and convenient of fitness room. Low storey 4or 5th storey is suitable for you.
