Location of the hotel is definitely an advantage to its guests. it has a very good and accessible location.
Staff are friendly and accommodating especially Anthony, Wani and the other old guy who looked for our taxi. They speak English fluently.

Iarrived into SG very early in the morning, and check in time wasn't until 2pm, but I still rock up at the hotel at 6.30am. The staff was very friendly and helpful to have me organized. The room is clean, modern and cozy. Bedding and linen are so comfy that I could sleep soundly. As the hotel is small it felt like everything was more personal. The location was central. The staff were very helpful. A lot of time was spent showing everything that was in the hotel rooms. My daughters were able to stay in a ladies only floor.

Really great location, standards for Ibis acommodation: comfy beds, small but well equipped room. The price was a bit higher than usual for Ibis but compared to other fares in Singapore it was extremely acceptable. Food in the restaurant is really great and the breakfast is great as well (might be worth the 18SGD!). Wifi worked fine in room (5th floor). They got me late check-out until 14h and kept my bags until 20h, very convenient.

The whole experience was one of 100% satisfaction. The property its
grounds and all of the facilities were 1st class. No it is not on one of
the main shopping streets but it is just a short walk to Orchard road
and one of the best mrt underground stations (a major intersection of 4
different lines) in Singapore. To have the vibrant city of Singapore at
your feet combined with the tranquility and luxury of the Fort Canning
was the perfect combination for us. 5* Hotel but not pretentious. Pool
