We got a last-min deal from letsbookhotel.com at 50% off. Due to the price, we
thought we would get one of the not-so-good rooms at Michael, as we
didnt like the rooms in Hard Rock and Festive before. However, we were
pleasantly surprised when the staff, Jake, told us that the hotel was
giving us a complimentary upgrade to their newly-furnished ro

saw the room we were dumbfounded. It was beautiful and really clean! We

Surprised at first to see much renovations going on at the lobby/reception area but it wasn't noisy.
We were gratefully upgraded to the suite on the highest floor and it was 'jaw dropping' spacious! Pleasant surprise.
