I like about the friendliness of the staff. They are all very polite and helpful. I have a very nice double room with a small area of dinning. Close to china town and easy to grab a taxi at anytime of the day. Clubs around the corner during the weekend and very quiet. I would definitely come back on my next trip

I liked the location, tucked in behind Robinson's Center Point and the lovely Cuppage restaurant area in restored shop houses. The personnel were friendly and polite. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection of western and
asian dishes - you can even order how your eggs are cooked. Hotel staff
was very attentive to all your needs, very polite. Hotel was in close
walking distance to the Metro (if you can stand the heat and humidity).
There are restaurants next to the hotel serving local cuisine - tried
one of them and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel
has also a restaurant but didn't get a chance to dine there.

I've stayed at this hotel with my husband twice before, so we sort of became familiar with it. It's great in terms of location, right at the heart of Orchard Road, near all the places I needed to go to while we were there. Very friendly, executive room including drinks during the day which were appreciated after a day exploring in the heat . Evening cocktails and canapés 6-8.30 were excellent too. It was my boyfriends birthday and they provided a cake with candles in the room. -
