We liked, loved everything about this hotel. The staff, Ivanka, Svetlana, Milos, and all were super at helping us with any requests, as well speaking English, a great help. Location is excellent, spa was wonderful. Could not have had a more pleasant experience in Belgrade.

The hotel is very central. You need to walk just 5 minutes to reach to
the main shopping street and most of the important sights. Rooms were
clean and comfortable. The breakfast Buffet ist wide. There is a spa
which is free of charge for guests. Staff was extremely helpful. They
gave us tips about where to visit and go for a dinner. They even
organized a shutlle for us to go to Budapest.

I had a great stay! Staff was super nice and helpful. I had stomach problems and staff helped me to get food into my room despite that they do not have room service for food. Ironing service for my dress was amazing, cost only 1,50 euros. Breakfast was something that I had never tried before, and so delicious. Totally recommend!

Nice hotel in a central location. Staff were extremely helpful, and we had a great, simple breakfast in the morning before our road trip to Sarajevo. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore the surroundings. FYI, cool little elevator when you first enter - definitely throws you for a loop
