- Dirty carpets, bad for children and can trigger allergies in adults too - No food served at the hotel - Bell boys are over burdened especially during peak checkouts (like Fridays) and that causes long waits to shift the luggage in and out of the hotel

1. Charge for wifi (should be free) 2. Kitchen should have basic things to start the day (for example, few tea bags/coffee, milk, sugar, salt, washing liquid). Without these basics people arriving after midnight will not be able to make even a cup of tea!

After several reviews I booked this hotel and I was happy to stay here,location is very close to haram and clean and well facilitated rooms,cleaning and room service is good and Alhamdulillah-good to stay again here

They should have some restaurant or breakfast facilities.

Everything is excellent, it is a big flat with two very clean bathroom, kitchen, hall, living room include big sofa, dinner table...TV...etc. everything is very clean, comfortable and nice. it is almost inside Haram fence.

Place is very close to the Holy Mosque (Haram). You can offer five daily prayers easily . Staff is so friendly but lack of cooperation. may be there is a language barrier. most of them they speak Arabic, but over all they are curtacious and try to help the guests

Meals were not included in the price, While in Mecca they served good breakfast in the hotel price. Place was so big like one Bed room Apartment, Big living room, with dining table, huge kitchen. Laundry machine and all the utensils, when you go for a religious trip for worship you do not need all these luxary. It would have been much better if you include meal so vsitors/ worshippers can spend their time in worship and prayers rather than running around to find the meals

Super location, right next to Masjid Nabvi. Good elevators. After upgrade suite with bigger living room. Cleaning boys were always response quickly. And friendly.

Better cleaning. Ensure all items in room are workable. Better Receptionist response.

Spacious living room. Fully equipped kitchen with culinary & cutlery provided. For a family of five, laundry is not a problem with the washing machine which is in excellent condition.

Did not get the Haram-view as advertised. But not a big deal as this hotel is in the front row facing the haram.

The best thing I like is location but have some complains too, like cooling was very bad...you should have at least breakfast buffet facility as many others have...

Non-cooperative Staff as we requested for extended check-out by Asr prayers i.e. 4:30pm as our flight was in the evening. The reception staff did not allow us deppite that fact that the occupancey was low. Also since the hotel has been there for years, the bathrooms etc require some repair works. even the cleanliness of these old bathrooms was not there.

I stayed at Taiba three years ago and was shocked to see the negative changes. It has become filthy and very low standard . I reserved for five nights but could only stand one night only because I was obliged to pay.

The location is the best thing about this hotel.

The Reception staff at our arrival were not friendly with customers, and were talking nervously with each other. The oven and the washing machine was not working and we had to go down to the Reception to report it and get someone to fix it The Reception staff never answered the phone. We asked for house keeping and we had to call more than 5 times to get our request attended. There was no parking space available and we had to park our car far away Wi Fi with charge

The location was superb and the view of the mosque, even though only from the 2nd floor, was superb...

The check-in staff was not that friendly... The 50 riyals fee to park is a joke when it only costs 1 riyal per hour to park under the mosque (look for section 9 or 10 as it's right in front of the hotel)... The hotel room itself while spacious was in very poor condition... You REALLY are only paying for the location and the view...

The hotel is very near to prophet Mohammed's (pbuh) mosque. Fast check- in & check out

This hotel needs total renovation, furniture is very old and cheap. It is mentioned that this hotel is five star hotel but it does not worth 3 star hotel. It seems that it was a resedital building turned into a furnished apartment hotel, so it miss a lot of standards. The prices is very high regarding the quality given. Although the staff at the reception were very helpful.
