The staff are extremely laid back and friendly, the pool is lovely, there's no crowds and an eclectic mix of ages and nationalities.

What I liked about Uptown Guesthouse is its central location to the rain forest and the beach. Nearby are several local waterfalls, mineral springs, and mineral sulfur baths. I also like the liked the stunning view that showcased the landmark Pitons from the balcony patio of my room. The host, Michael, also hospitable. -
