A very good hotel in an excellent location with great staff. Close to everything, suitable for sighseeing. The rooms were clean with all basic amenities. The staff was more than helpful on every request we had. ATM inside the hotel and 24h supermarket nearby also very convinient.Recommended as value for money. -

The staff were greatly flexible, from helping with my invitation letter to working with my later flights and checking out late. They also directed me to where I could purchase a SIM card for my phone as well as different things in the area. The reception staff speak English very well and were a pleasure to talk with.

The hotel is situated very centrally at a walking distance from sights and metro stops. The interior is beautiful, the paintings in passages and rooms a nice touch. My single room was smallish but not at all claustrophobic. The bed was really comfortable with luxurious bedclothes. It is an excellent boutique hotel in a very good location. Everything is close- the Hermitage, Nevsky prospect, the Dome etc. Staff is very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. I'd like to commend Vasili,- an exceptionally professional receptionist. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg. Very clean, has around the clock self-service stand of coffee and tea in the lobby, good internet connection.
