Friendliest staff ever, receptionists were very helpful.
The facilities are great, all equipment is new and good (e.g. Bosch kettles and irons). You even get a fully equipped kitchen if you fancy cooking for yourself. I was also served a lovely breakfast and a great dinner in my room.

It is an apartment located in an old building but with new and very nice facilities. Just across the street from the Hermitage. The price was a little over, but still in a very reasonable range comparing it with traditional hotels in the same area. Each room has a new bathroom, and there is a share kitchen fot only four rooms. The personal is very attentive. Excellent choice.
