  Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and facilities. We appreciated iron and desk in our room, so as heated floor in the bathroom. We had superior room: spacious, with 2 windows looking to the Moika river. Very calm. Hot and cold water with tea@coffee on every floor. Everything is close- the Hermitage, Nevsky prospect, the Dome etc. Staff is very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. I'd like to commend Vasili,- an exceptionally professional receptionist. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg. Very clean, has around the clock self-service stand of coffee and tea in the lobby, good internet connection.

  The location is great for tourism and the views are the best. The panorama restaurant 'Bering' has a good menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try the draft beer! - Good location. Good breakfasts. Good view of Aurora boat. Most staff spoke enough English.

  This is a very quiet hotel with a few rooms and a very friendly atmosphere. It is located at a walking distance of two metro station of the Nevskii Prospekt and there is a large variety of restaurants, souvenir shop and food ones in the neighborhood. There is also a tea/shop just below the hotel and it is all day long busy with very good looking ... lo que la gente dice » women enjoying cakes and tea.
