Staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. Location was about the best available in Moscow without getting into the really high priced hotels (i.e. Ritz Carlton) , about a 10-15 minute walk to Red Square and just a block from a nice strolling plaza with a couple of nice outdoor cafes to have a few drinks. Clean,tidy new hotel near Belorussian r/w station,good service, polite staff.Wi-Fi is free and works well,breakfast is good enough.Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Beds/pillows are comfortable. -
