The staff was very friendly and helpful, like Claudio who helped us with our bags or the woman of the Spa who speaks spanish perfectly. Everyone was very flexible and professional, they opened the spa to our convenience. We ordered sandwiches in our room and they were delicious and at a great price. I specially liked the design of the hotel in general, including the spa.

Very helpful staff, only a 20 minute walk from centre of city. Comfortable and airy rooms with aircon plus able to open windows for fresh air if necessary. Not far from airport (maybe 20 minutes by taxi). Restaurant meals superb and inexpensive. Value for money. -

Everything ! The staff is very polite and helpful , the building has been refurbish in a great way . All rooms are different and they look amazing. I tried at breakfast home made sweets , and dinner was also very good. Location is very good , even I was not allwed with my car in the citadel they helped me with a driver to take my car into the city for parking . I would return there any time . We decided to pay a visit to the Salt Mine and decided to stay at the hotel for a few days. The Hotel we discovered was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. I Can only say positive things however I did not go further than reception. We have booked a double and a single room in Premier and on arrival we were advised that there is no hot water and it will only be fixed the next day. The hotel offered a a 4*hotel replacement which was a short drive away. Hotel President. The hotel was absolutely amazing,
