  This hotel has its own special historical charm. I loved the high ceilings and hard wood floors in my room, which opened to an excellent view of the square and medieval church across the way. The hotel provides a comfortable place to work in your room and an excellent proximity to events happening in the city. The staff are very attentive and friendly and made me feel welcome. - The hotel is very clean, has large rooms and huge bathrooms. It is just in the center of the town, 3 min to Matei Corvin House and pedestrian area of the old city. Breakfast is not great but is ok compared with what you get usually in romanian hotels for the same money.

  As a business woman, I am travelling a lot across many countries, but in this hotel I really felt like being in Paradise! I was amazed by the variety and richness of the breakfast. The SPA Center was also available 24h, and the receptionists were all very polite, professional and friendly. The hotel is very close to the airport (10 mins away) and... lo que la gente dice » to the city center (10 min) and taxi is available anytime in 2 minutes. Special thanks to the staff! I had a wonderful stay! - I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Paradis, the Hotel was very clean comfortable and the Spa was so relaxing. The staff at this Hotel were second to none, nothing was a chore. The Reception staff were with out doubt the most professional I've ever meet and really went that extra mile for us, so a big thank you to Laura and Miett. I would really recomend this City and Hotel it is well worth a look...

  I stay here each time when visiting Cluj since 3 years.There are many nice-looking,better located hotels of same price range but I've never tempted2change.I feel secure,calm,pampered here.At each visit signs of continuous maintenance and continuous implementation of new things/improvements in interiorandservices. Unlike some hotels we were able toleave the air-con on all day (handy in the hot summer). Long-ish walk totown (30-45 mins), which I didn't mind and in any case taxis in Cluj arecheap. Decent restaurant next door too.

  Everything was perfect: huge apatement with bubble bath, air conditioning, private parking place, various breakfast. Wow, really wow. - The room looked good and it was clean. The reception staff was helpful and friendly.
