The best location possible in Iasi, right in the center of the city. Splendid view from some of the rooms at higher levels. Rooms are impeccable: comfortable bed, large desk, smart TV, minibar with stuff at supermarket prices (!), very efficient air conditioning. Central location - great base to visit local relatives and start point for tour of monasteries.
Hotel has been modernised and rooms are spacious. Dining area light and airy. Extensive and generous breakfast. Good parking. Architecture dated yet works really well since renovation.

I have travelled a lot in my life but I think I never has got better
value for money than this. Good cozy and comfortable rooms, great
service and a fitness club including 25 m swimming pool on the ground
floor. I did visit the new four star Hotel International that is in the
same area but I would rather pay for staying at Moldova than staying

The price was extremely good for what you get. The room was excellent: well-designed, comfortable, well-proportioned, comfy bed, great view from the window and very good location for the city centre and shops (right next to a large, brand new, well-laid out and very green shopping complex). Breakfast was buffet: varied and adequate.
