- very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff
- good location; very close to the airport; not far from the city hotspots; yet free from the horrendous doha traffic ( that's due to a lot of constructions going on though)

Airport pick-up is generally very efficient. And the hotel is very close to the airport (although the poor road planning from the airport makes the journey last longer than it should do.
Hotel gym equipment is in good condition.
Rooms are quiet.

A pleasant place, pleasant staff.... more than meets the eye.
Lets begin from the check in: it was fast & straight forward. We got a complimentary fruit cocktail and a surprising room upgrade.
The room was pretty large, comfy, very quiet and private.
It had a superb view of the sea and city skyline. The free WiFi was fast, I never had any problem surfing and the bathroom was also large and very clean.

The hotel is new and is centrally located, the staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms are big and clean, the lounge on the 45th floor is big and provides generous breakfast and was opened most of the time for soft drinks and snacks. we would love to stay in this hote again. -

Extremely convenient location, connected with the mall. The staff is very helpful and the service is really superb. The facilities in this hotel are also very good - in fact I was there for a conference that my company sponsored and the Ball rooms were very comfortable. In addition there are a great pool, gym, spa facilities, easy access to the City Centre Shopping Mall.

Quality was high in everything from service on arrival to furnishings to bedlinen. On arrival we were offered a drink at reception and mention of anniversary resulted in a lovely celebratory cake delivered to the well appointed room with fabulous views. Its quiet and not located at the busy area in Doha therefore we can have a peaceful sleep at night.
The front desk manager Mr.Helmi was really good to extend my check out till evening so i dont have to rush to check out in the noon. I will definitely be grateful and looking forward to come back soon. -
