  The family were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. As a large group of friends 13 in total all needs were catered for. If information or requests needed and not understood all we needed to do was type request onto the computer and it was translated for the manager and answered for us.   Lovely hotel with ample parking, a little out of town which we were happy about as it was very busy in the centre. Great breakfasts, nice Italian restaurant in the hotel. Great location for exploring the Tatras. We changed rooms after the first night as the double room we were allocated was really small and the bed was pushed against the wall. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was included in the price and it was excellent and very comprehensive. The bathroom included the most impressive shower that I have seen in any hotel even if the music coming out of it was predominantly in Polish!!

The hotel has an oldish communist style but we actually found it attractive, at least it is something different nowadays.
