The Staff is is very good and helping. I had to stay a full day in the Hotel because of rainfall duringmy trip. But the hotel was so cozy and homely that It was very good to stay even in Hotel room for a long day.
The location of the hotel is Superb and very near to almost all the places to visit in Wroclaw.
The Breakfast is also very good, rooms are clean and time-to-time serviced.
It is a great value for the money I paid for the stay.

Muy bien situado con relacion al centro y facilidad para aparcar. - was treated very well especially as it was a late booking, friendly helpful staff and located minutes away from mail square. - Wroclaw is a fantastic place to visit. I've stayed in several 5* hotels and they weren't providing
better services! This luxury hotel is exceptional and I'd say that
it's the best in the city for price and quality! Super-helpful
receptionist who was welcoming us at the gate of the hotel, and during
check-out he was walking with us until we left. Also they agreed to let
us having the breakfast late after check-out around 11am! They simply
deserve every penny. Sauna is open all the day, but pool and Jacuzzi

We really liked this hotel. We arrived at 1 am, the staff oened the bar for us. The room is large and comfortabe. Breakfast, marvellous! I recommend this hotel for everybody! -
