great location, right next to the main square. I can't say anything about the B&B, since we got an apartment in the same street, which made this a great value.
So the apartment was equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with couch and spare bed and laundry facilities. We were very pleased.
Helpful staff and generous with late checkout.

The hotel is situated in an old, but greatly renovated, tenant house. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. The ceiling was high, allowed for plenty of air to breathe. The mini bar was full, and breakfast varied and more than sufficient. The produce was fresh, bread from a bakery, not from a supermarket. Selection of teas for breakfast great, and coffee very tasty. Ladies serving breakfast always polite and smiling.

Amazing value for money. This is an unusual and slightly quirky hotel. It has been modernised to a good standard and the rooms have a number of unusual features such as hand painted murals, brick arches, crazy paved marble flooring and a small fitted kitchen area. The location is excellent - literally a stone's throw from the market square - hidden away in a quiet street. The hotel is located in quiet part of town away from the crowds, which makes it very pleasant. The staff was wonderful and eager to help in any way. The breakfast was delicious with a wonderful variety from which to choose. We would go back in a heart beat! -

We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square. The location was very convenient for places of interest and lots of restaurants and cafes.

Staff were very friendly, and we even received a text message before
arrival asking if we wanted breakfast in the morning. We have just
concluded a trip of Europe and Old Tree Villa was the cheapest place we
stayed in but by far the best. Location is excellent for those visiting
Auschwitz and an amazing restaurant around the corner again. Definately
a must if you are in this area.

The location is good, near to the Old Town, main Railway Station and enormous shopping centre - Galeria Krakowska. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, stuff friendly.
We were able to leave the car in the public parking in front of the hotel - it cost us 30 PLN per whole day (3 PLN per hour) - from 10am till 20pm, rest of the time - it's free. -
