This apartment 121 had the wow factor. Great inner city modern apartment which was tastefully decorated. Extremely well equipped and everything was high quality. Complimentary bottles of wine, chocolates on the pillows and free Krakow souvenir shopping bag was supplied. Free very secure basement parking. WiFi worked excellently. The family were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. As a large group
of friends 13 in total all needs were catered for. If information or

The family were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble,breakfast was good and so well presented.
Room was clean but small but not a problem location good not far to walk to main shopping and tourist areas.

The hotel was superb! We were the first guests in the hotel.. Initially we had booked the hotel for one day but then as our planned has changed I called the hotel to change it and include the day prior our initial booking. The apartment was spotless and very modern. It was in an excellent
location just 3 mins from Market Square and there was a local
supermarket around the corner. The staff were excellent and arranged
our trips out and sorted out our airport transfers. They were also
very knowledgable of the area. The apartment has everything you need,
cooker, fridge, Microwave, hairdryer, Iron. The apartment was also
very spacious.

Very nice and new looking hotel. Had a double bed room and the room was

available. Very good location, quiet at this time of year (December).
Good shower and lots of hot water, apartment temperature easy to
control. Newly refurbished building. Some bottled water, tea and ground

Krakow and our stay in this apartment. It offers comfort, views and a
