Everything about the apartments. Very handy for the centre of Krakow.
The kitchenette area came with a coffee pod and coffee. Washing up
liquid and cleaning sponge. The only thing missing was a tea towel!
Kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery together with a two
ringed hob. Lovely warm bathroom with bathrobes & slippers provided.

We loved the location of the apartments which one minute from Krakow's main square. The accomodation was very modern, well designed with comfortable beds, excellent shower/toilet facilities and a well equipped kitchen area. Security in the building and within the apartments was also very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when organising trips. I would recommend Bracka 6 to other travellers without reservation.

The place was clean and tidy on arrival with excellent facilities. The lady who met us to give us the keys was very friendly and helpful. There was lots of information on where to go and what to do. Location was brilliant - close to centre but set back from the road so quiet. Even had a balcony which didn't have a view but was very private. -

This has to be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. - Large well decorated stylish room with fresh flowers, a good shower room and walk in wardrobe with safe and a sofa. The room was quiet at the back of the building looking out on back gardens of neighbouring properties. Helpful and friendly staff with fantastic previsit assistance.. Conveniently and sufficiently centrally located. One of the most pleasant city places I have ever stayed in.

This apartment 121 had the wow factor. Great inner city modern apartment which was tastefully decorated. Extremely well equipped and everything was high quality. Complimentary bottles of wine, chocolates on the pillows and free Krakow souvenir shopping bag was supplied. Free very secure basement parking. WiFi worked excellently. The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.

Really nice welcome and advice regarding facilities and tourist options
available. Very good location, quiet at this time of year (December).
Good shower and lots of hot water, apartment temperature easy to
control. Newly refurbished building. Some bottled water, tea and ground

It is a really good hotel with a professional, friendly staff. The reception staff were very helpful and did everything to make my stay a pleasant one. The hotel was very clean. Beautiful views, and tasty food, very good breakfast plenty of choice. For me is perfect.

The hotel is steps away from the center. The room was large and spacious and very clean. The free breakfast that was included in the cost was soo good...not just your ordinary continental breakfast, you had your choice of hot items as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful.. will definately stay at the hotel again when I go back next year!
