Very nice room, warm and cozy. Very testy food and plenty of it. If you
want a location in the centre of Zakopane then is not for you a 2.5 km
walk to town centre but for other things like ski lifts etc is in a very
good location. A very clean well run hotel which you notice when you
walk in the doors even in middle of winter when every ones foot

Everything were just perfect since we walked into the hotel until we leave.
Rooms are very nice, worm and make you feel like at home. Heated floor in the bathroom was something unexpected but very usefull specially when outside is freezing cold.
Breakfast was really like feast, everyone could find something for himself even very fussy eater.
Staff very friendly and helpful.

Need to start off by saying that the pancakes they do for breakfast are
to die for. We arrived in early feb and stayed in the studio apartment
which was on the top floor. There is no lift and seeing as we had quite
a lot of luggage it was a struggle getting them up the 3/4 flights

We had a very comfortable room with all we could want. The bed was comfortable, there was a table and chairs, small fridge, crockery and cutlery, kettle etc as well as a kitchen available for guests to use upstairs.
Willa Marma is in a pleasant and quiet residential area above the main town, with parking onsite. We didnt move our car once we were there, finding it it easy to walk into town and about the same distance, but uphill all the way, to get to the Kuznice cable car up to Kasprowy Wierc

We got a really good deal for two nights.the staff were so friendly and helpful.there was washing machine and dryer.rooms were very spacious clean and trendy.was 20min walk to the old town and was raining heavy when we stayed however the girl at reception organised the tour buses to pick us up right outside the door which was perfect.would definit

The staff were really pleasant , there's nothing they wouldn't
do for you. Tours such as that to auschwitz and the saltmines ran
directly from the hotel via bus at a great rate. Great bar, great food,
very comfortable clean rooms with toiletries and towels replaced every
day, simply a great place, I couldn't recommend it more!!.

excellent location, fully equipt apartment with cutlery, pans etc, heating was very good and kept the place warm. All radiators had there own control so they could be turned up/down. There was plenty of hot water and the location was of the hotel was the best in krakow - big room and central place

We stayed in the apartment for 6 days and nights. It was very close to
the centre, walking distance. Street was not noisy. Very short walking
distance to the main railway station which is absolutely a plus. From
the airport it was easy to get there by train! Also very easy to take
the bus to the saltmines and Auschwitz! The staff was very helpful.
