The staff were excellent, friendly, and spoke English very well. We booked a smaller room but when they heard we were bringing two small children, they gave us a free upgrade plus extra mattress. For a family with small children, the elevator is a major plus for suitcases and stroller. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. It is well worth the small amount of money. There was fresh
