Hotel excelente. Buffet muy completo. Un poco alejado del centro histórico (castillo), pero fácil acceso por transporte público. Paradas de tranvia a 20 mts. y de bus al aeropuerto a 5 mts. (frente al hotel) - Comodidad, buenas instalaciones y personal cualificado

Staff were very friendly and helpful, even with our 1am arrival from the airport. They were happy to hold our bags after checkout to allow us more time in the city before leaving for Chopin airport. I had accommodation at JM Apart Hotel on my business trip. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Friendly staff, clean and big rooms, the location in the center. Talking about the view from the 24th floor was amazing. Breakfast was good. On my way to breakfast I stoped at the front desk and I have requested an iron. By the time I finished the breakfast I had it in my room together with the ironing board. I liked it very much and I`ll definitely stay there next time.
