Staff incredibly helpful who spoke English. New fittings, very comfortable and well kept overall in the communal areas as well as the bedrooms. Small hotel that seemed to be run very well. Good location - very central for Stary Rynek in Poznan etc. No complaints. Would definitely recommend. - everything would stay again

The rooms are really nice with very comfortable beds and all the usual facilities. The bathrooms are nicely laid out, extremely clean and very well maintained. Wi-fi is free throughout the hotel, a big help if you are from abroad. The location is - Very nice hotel with large and comfortable parking behind the hotel. A great place to relax after a day to spend at the International Fair of Poznan.
It is a quiet hotel even though it is located in the heart of Poznan. Next to the hotel is a park, a perfect place for a morning run. For me it was very important that the hotel is close to the old market and the old brewery. You do not have to use the bus, tram or taxi because everything is close.

The room and the communal area of the hotel were clean, and the breakfast was very nice. I was out and came back to the hotel about midnight, and found the hotel gate closed which is good for security (and of course there was somebody at the gate and I could come in no problem).

The hotel Royal fully honors its name and treats you almost like a king: reception staff is amazingly friendly, bedrooms are very comfortable and hotel position is perfect. - The wonderful, helpful staff. Excellent staff. Excellent food; both breakfast and dinner outstanding. Location right on old Rynek (main market square).
Modern well furnished rooms with good bathrooms and comfortable beds. Despite being right in the city centre, had no problems with noise.
Thoroughly recommended.

There is a very good quality, lively and very popular restaurant and they brew their own beer which was good, but we did not hear any noise from any of it - our rooms were quiet. Beds good. Staff good and breakfast excellent. We would happily return
