The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and accomodating . breakfast was average but delivered to the room . Excellent location . They even added proper bath towels after feedback and also provided a bedside lamp . - It was very nice and close to all facilities. Because of it, it was very convenient to move around

The hostel is in a perfect location being five minutes from the train station and from the centre of the old town. Greg & Tom has the best staff ever. Friendly, helpful and always there for you with a big(and beautiful) smile. You have to pay for the breakfast, but it's very worthwhile. The included dinner was very nice too. The rooms and showers/toilets were clean. This hostel has the best location, on the main street of Krakow. Definitely recommend!

I arrived after a 27 hr coach trip from London. THe receptionist who handled my booking was Joanna, the boss herself. I was immediately made to feel at ease and completely welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for her to do. THe other girls on duty during the two days of my first visit (I an currently here again for another four nights) kept up the standards set by Pani Joanna. I thouroughly recommend this establishment.

Amazing atmosphere in the hostel. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was included and you had the option of getting dinner if you helped cook it! The best hostel I've ever been to! From the time of check-in to when
we left, our experience was awesome. There are lots of activities
organized by the staff, there is breakfast and dinner provided, it's
easy to meet fun new people from around the world, and the location is
perfect - very close to the bus/train station and all the sights.
The staff even offered to take everyone around the bars at night. There
was a range of ages there and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.
Stay here!

Excellent location: the hostel is a few minutes on foot from Old town and 15 minutes on foot from bus/train station.

Extremely helpful and nice staff. Nice simple place perhaps on the best spot of the city. Easy to get around, comfortable and doesn't get on your wallet too much. Nice basic breakfast and fast check in! Perfect for few days visit!

Very good location for travelers. 2mins walk from Krakow glowny train station and center bus station, 5 mins walks to no.304 bus station which is go to salt mine, 10mins walk to old town and 15mins walk to wawel castel. Very nice , friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. I booked for room with shared bathroom , the bathroom just next to my room and only 2 guest room shared with 1 bathroom so I never have to wait for that. Excellent hotel. 5/5. It is located just on the edge of the oldtown which is where you want to be. When you arrive at the airport get the train into Krakow (£2.50). Location is just perfect for tourism, as well as very close to the rail / bus stations. Staff is freindly, helpful and English speaking. The quadraple room is indeed big and comfortable. Breakfast is reasonably good and even great given it is a hostel. Very good value for money. -
