Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.

This apartment 121 had the wow factor. Great inner city modern apartment which was tastefully decorated. Extremely well equipped and everything was high quality. Complimentary bottles of wine, chocolates on the pillows and free Krakow souvenir shopping bag was supplied. Free very secure basement parking. WiFi worked excellently. Even before arrival the staff was busy trying to arrange everything and provide information.
The combination of luxury rooms and a hostel-like atmosphere are unique. -
The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly and really go the extra mile to help with everything from directions to organising a birthday cake and a particular type of wine as part of the romantic getaway package for my husbands birthday. The driver also greeted us at the airport with a Happy Birthday sign, which was a lovely touch ! The hotel is very luxurious and although there are cheaper places to stay if you have the money and want comfort and luxury then this is the place !!

The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms.
Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you.
