Me and my husband were totally alone in this hostel. 100% privacy, 100% comfort- kitchen was equiped with all the necessary stuff to cook, clean and so on. Tv in kitchen, nice clean and spacious rooms, on the other sde of the street shopping mall,close to bus and tram, 15 minutes walking from train station. And same far to anothee big shoping mall.

Mamas & Papas are great people, take care of all their guests (prepared me vegetarian meal for a dinner as they knew I didn't eat meat). It is little bit far from city center so hostel was very calm and the street was almost without cars. They have nice garden but we couldn't use it as we had rain few days. Breakfast was good, they prepared something for me as I don't eat meat.
Very pleasant stay, thanks!
And Gdansk is fabulous city!

it`s all good, great hostel maybe the best in Gdansk & I`ve stayed in a lot of Gdansk hostels. staff are very friendly & helpful, hostel is in a great location & is very clean & comfortable & spacious, the lounge area is a good place to meet other travellers,the breakfast was good & from now on I will always stay at this hostel when I visit Gdansk.

Fantastic, beautiful location for a beautiful hostel. Very friendly owner with an impressively comfortable and interesting style. Location of Hostel 22 is very good. It is close (5-minute distance on foot) from the old town, and also close from the main railway station (10 minutes on foot). It is located in a very calm place. Room is clean, comfortable, and the staffs are very kind and friendly. Reception is open from 08:00 to 20:00 only, but the security was waiting for me with my keys when I arrived very late at night (almost midnight). Free wifi is available.

The room was very spacious and we had a kitchen and bathroom, which we shared with one other couple. The guy at the reception was very helpful and recommended a restaurant, which turned out to serve amazing food at a very cheap price, as it was located just off the touristy area. He also recommended other things to see and do.
