Very friendly staff throughout hotel. The apartment was very nicely decorated (just like the rest of the hotel) and was very roomy. The room was very spacious and we had a kitchen and bathroom, which we shared with one other couple. The guy at the reception was very helpful and recommended a restaurant, which turned out to serve amazing food at a very cheap price, as it was located just off the touristy area. He also recommended other things to see and do.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke such good English, I was ashamed to not speak Polish. They were always a pleasure to deal with.
The room was very spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom. The hotel is very close to many restaurants and cafes and walking distance to shops. I would stay here again.

Excellent location right near the heart of the old town. Town itself is great. Clean spacious rooms. We had our adult children with us and the room had two bathrooms. Breakfast was fantastic, a huge spread of food, buffet style, the best we have seen anywhere. Staff were wonderful.

Su inmejorable situación a cinco minutos andando del centro así como de la estación del tren y parada de taxis - El hotel tiene el mínimo de confort, nada más, muy bueno el desayuno y muy bien ubicado a cinco minutos de la ciudad vieja. El precio es alto por la habitacion pero supongo que se paga la ubicacion.

The breakfast had a dazzling selection of choices of each of the different food types - 6 or 7 choices of hot foods (including vegetables), cold cut meats, cheese, buns/bread, cereals, cold vegetables, and fruit plus some scrumpous deserts. Room and furnitive very modern and comfortable.
