We had a business room which was massive in size and ideal for a running toddler (18 mths) with plenty of space without getting on top of our bags etc. They provided a travel cot which we requested and this was in great condition and worked well. The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke such good English, I was ashamed to not speak Polish. They were always a pleasure to deal with.
The room was very spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom. The hotel is very close to many restaurants and cafes and walking distance to shops. I would stay here again.

The staff is fluent in english, the hotel is fabulous with a great spa area and the hotel' s restaurant has a nice food and wine menu. The cellar is the place to be to have a drink before or after dinner.
