  This is one of those places you don't want everyone to find out about because it'll be fully booked when we want to go back! The apartment we were in was a large 2 bed apartment with all the mod cons you could think of, 3 huge TV's, dvd, Sauna, steam shower, jacuzzi bath with wine fridge in reach, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge freezer, w... lo que la gente dice » ifi, heated floors - I could go on!!! Everything was to hand and it's a 3 minute walk to the main street. There are 3 supermarkets in walking distance - The facilities were exactly as described and more - our apartment was well-equipped and very spacious. For a group of friends visiting Tromso, this was the perfect lodging solution as we were able to save money cooking some of our meals. The staff at Viking Apartments were also very informative and always willing to help in any way possible. They even gave us free waffles before we left! It was an absolutely fantastic value for money, and I will definitely recommend Viking Apartments to my frie

  Lovely apartment situated in a lovely part of Tromso. The owner was so welcoming and even gave us dinner one evening. Thanks to him we also saw the Northern Lights for three hours on our final night from a lake which is a short walk from the apartment. The added bonus is being able to see the Northern lights from the kitchen window. It is a hundred yards from the main shopping street and an easy walk to everything worth visiting.
