Excellent starting point for activities such as northern lights safaris, dog sledding trips, etc. Nice room but a bit small. Very good breakfast. Good position at the end of the shopping street. Good view of the new cathedral. -

The hotel was well furnished and the rooms looked modern, the bathrooms too but the halls and dining room etc had very nice decoration that really went with the Norwegian feel of the place. Breakfast was laid out as a buffet and was nice enough. Staff were really friendly and approachable. Meals in the afternoon and evening were reasonably priced

We are thrilled to have found the Guesthouse only 4 minutes away from the hustle of Alta center! t was like coming into a private home, room was excellent w\large bathroom heated floor, beds were so comfortable, and the evening meal was excellent as were the entire staff, we are already booking for a return visit to use the Spa facilities!
