I was marooned here for 3 days while waiting to go offshore - weather was too bad for helicopters to fly.
Staff all very helpful and friendly. Hotel is clean, warm, nice rooms with wooden beams - I don't usually care about such things but it did make the place more welcoming. Bed very comfortable. Food was excellent - very good breakfast and evening meals. I love seafood so was in my element here - scallops, cod and seafood soup all superb. Great location, next to the famous Atlantic Road. It´s a nice little cabin, we are not on the tall side but it seems ok for a couple of days. Lots of family, nice atmosphere. It works if you need a fair priced location near these amazing place in Norway. -
