On a two way street so easy to get in and out of, good parking. Close to the city centre, close to main road in and out of town, close to the gardens, museums etc. A good motel to stay a week in as they have good cooking facilities. Friendly staff. Really friendly staff-most welcoming and helpful. We appreciated being able to have family visit us in our unit.
Plenty of off street parking.
Spacious and comfortable. Huge, comfy bed.
Plenty of hot water.
Efficient radiator heating system.
Quiet and noise proof rooms.
Lots of storage space.
Great, powerful shower.
The free breakfast was a lovely touch.

A very cool place to stay at the heart of the city! Walking distance to EVERYTHING - shops, meals. We actually had too many options to choice from! Felt very safe there and the place was super clean. Great reception and friendly team. Free WiFi and parking. Definitely would stay there again. Book here for sure! -

An all round lovely say. All of the staff I encountered were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The room was comfortable and clean with great facilities. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Dunedin and recommend to my friends and colleagues. -

In a very hilly town like Dunedin this is only 100 m uphill from a reasonable walk into town which we appreciated.after a meal out! The owners were very helpful with information on Dunedin and the Otago Peninsula.It is a bonus to have onsite parking so close to town.The room was lovely with a very comfy bed -

We loved being on the beach and hearing and watching the waves roll in. Loved seeing the surfers. Loved walking along the beach and the access to the warm saltwater pool. Had a mini kitchen in our room so one visit to the Supermarket let us eat breakfast and lunch on our balcony.

Roslyn apartments were fantastic. The kitchen it fully decked out with all the pots, pans, baking dishes and utensils you could need. I felt like I was back at home in my own kitchen! Apartment had everything you could ask for - it was living in a home from home - with all amenities. Great to be able to do washing during a long trip overseas. Undisturbed quiet atmosphere with great views of the city and Otago Bay. And close to shops and nice restaurants. Helpful but unobtrusive owners and even a cute cat.

The living area was upstairs and was spacious enough for us to entertain their friends. It is so handy to the Octagon and in terms of graduation this was ideal.

so we has very little involvement with a lot of the facilities. However
I do feel the fact you have to pay for parking extra is a bit rude as it
should be included & internet charges are ridiculously expensive

the hotel situated in from of the famous cadbury chic factory. the Nando's restaurant just next door as well as supermarket . the facilities are perfect , washing machine, dryer, kitchen amenities etc was just perfect. will surely stay there again for next trip

The location was perfect as it was close to the Dunedin Northern Cemetery which we wanted to visit , We will be staying at Bella Vista again next year. -

Didn't take long to heat up the room.
Having the extra tv channels was good. -
the rooms were clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. heater was great and didn't take long to heat up. very comfy beds :)
