Check in was welcoming and efficient, front desk excellent. Friendly
efficient and helpful staff particularly Mr. Keroghlian. Pool and spa
area excellent. We had a suite on 14 floor overlooking harbour which
was well appointed and quiet from city noise and very comfortable.
Location is a1 in a very pretty university area but a short walk to

We had stayed at the hotel the week before and returned as we found the hotel comfortable, the staff helpful and the location just right for us. The few days we were there were very busy in the hotel which gave it a buzz.

We have been on a 7 week trip of Nz and Oz and the Quay West Suites rate the highest amongst all the accommodation we have had. We were very impressed with all the staff from the cleaners to the reception. The suite was comfortable and very clean with a superb view of the harbour. The air con was silent so we were able to leave it on all night

Staff were very accommodating of my 50th birthday girlie gathering. We had booked a three bedroom suite and was upgraded with the extra villa to a two bedroom deluxe suite. Staff were patient and all requests were met with amicably. I would highly recommend your establishment and hope to bring my family there again soon. Thanks for making my special day MORE enjoyable!

Having stayed in Hilton for a night just a few weeks earlier, I now
regret I gave them a fairly good rating. Sofitel is at least one class
better! We were lucky to get a complimentary upgrade to a larger room

The staff were friendly, always greeted us as we passed by and no request was ever too much trouble. Loved the peaceful ambience of the hotel with the low lighting of candles after dark. Loved the location just made for a leisurely stroll or a power walk along the beautiful waterfront. The outdoor cafe worked well for a light breakfast and the restaurant and bar were great at night. All of those things worked together to make our stay special and memorable.
