said about the apartment and Guido the landlord is true. We had a
fantastic time here, the center is really just 10-15 mins of walk, the
place is silent and has a nice view on the Amstel river. The Canal

Really nice to go "home",after a day of walking and sight seeing, and relax with a nice bath(huge clean tub)and a cup of herbal tea. We also saved money buying a muffin the night before and have our coffee and muffin in the am. before going out. The location is very convenient to all canal boat stops, on a quiet street in a pleasant neighborhood.

We had an excellent stay during our 3 nights at Park 9. It is in a beautiful setting across from Sarphatipark, in a very nice part of Amsterdam. The house itself is really nice and the bedrooms are of the highest quality that you will find in Amsterdam. Peter and Robert as hosts could not make you feel more welcome and if you are not familiar with the City, they will give you great advice on what to do and see which is really helpful for those who have little experience of Amsterdam. We really liked the area where the apartment is , it is not to far from the centre, but in a more residential area.The Saturday market nearby was great .It was really nice that the owner was there on our arrival to greet us, with an explanation of the apartment and tips on what to in Amsterdam.

Gijs was an excellent host. He helped us before arrival and during the stay. We loved the character of the house (we stayed in the loft room). It was very close to everything in Amsterdam. Rather than feeling like a tourist staying in a hotel, we felt like we are staying in our own house. Perfect value for money! Amazing breakfast.

The location and views from the suite could not be bettered.
The suite itself was large,spotless,very comfortable,warm and with excellent ensuite facilities. The manager,Thomas,was incredibly welcoming,helpful and spoke perfect English. He also prepared an excellent breakfast which was eaten overlooking the canal. We would highly recommend and without doubt would return. Thank you Thomas for all your help. Robert and Joyce.
