Perfect space one person; wonderful "kitchen" for a solo; great location; great value. I would stay here again in a second. And if I had another person in the room, it would also be ok but I'd probably get the two bedroom place. Great in every way!

The apartments were located perfectly! Right next to a tram stop and to the Muiderpoort train station. A walk from the center of Amsterdam takes around 25 minutes. The owners were exceptionally nice and welcoming. The location is great! Only a ten minute walk from Central Station. Lovely breakfast is complimentary, the common area is extremely comfortable and you can sit up on deck and gaze out at the cityscape! Highly recommend Hotelschip Gandalf!!!

We arrived at around 10am (check-in not til 2pm) & we were allowed to go to our room almost straight away, which was brilliant as we were so tired after being awake since 3am UK time.
The room was perfect! The highest ceilings ever, and amazing black-out curtains so we could catch up on sleep when it was really light outside. Super comfy bed.

It has everything we for. Located away from the bustling city in a quite
neighborhood we could Conveniently hop on the tram (lines 3 & 9) to
the major attractions; cafè, pubs & ''coffee shop''
just round the corner; a 5 min walk to Dapperstreet for fresh fruit n
supermarket; comfortable bed & pillow; and all staffs are very
friendly (in fact a very Dutch thing)! Highly recommended.
