On arrival to the Earlys, it was a lovely surprise when you walked in through the front door (into the "new" suite), very clean and modernized and also a quiet place to stay in on the canal and also within a 5 minutes walk to a busier part of Amsterdam to get access for trams & buses to the heart of the city. theres an abundance of shops, bars

I have never been to more romantic place than this. You can have a glass of good wine on the terrace in the evening and watch the full moon reflecting in the watter just 3 meters in front of you. In the morning you can spend ages by waking yourself up by a mug of hot coffee and feeding the ducks with bread and you will have the feeling you can nearly touch them. It's pretty far from city center (6 km or somethIng like that) but this is absolutely no problem in the world's cycling capital. Early

Excellent location in an upscale neighbourhood close to the hustle and
bustle of the city but far enough away for it to a relaxing retreat.
Being right next to Vondelpark was a wonderful benefit. The room was
very elegant and comfortable. Having the kitchen was very helpful and
reasonably stocked which is really a benefit when travelling with kids

We had an amazing stay at sophies. We had a couple of requests for Sophie which she was more than happy to accomodate. Unique set up top floor sauna, large bathroom great view of neighbor hood top of roof lounge area only slight negative you must be able to climb extremely steep narrow winding staircase however the owner Anna will take care of all luggage up and down staircase. Great personalized service from the owner a truly positive experience. Very beautiful upscale neighborhood loved it.
