Very easy to use hotel.
Self serve check in when you get there (a bank of about five computers), so you aren't waiting for a person to take care of you. Someone is nearby for the technically challenged.
The rooms are what I would call "pods". Small rooms with everything compact and easy to reach. The photos online tell the story.

This is one of top three hotels I have ever stayed in (and there were some!), but I cannot remember the other two :). Giving this hotel a 10 would mean that the other few I rated as 10 should now be re-rated to 8. :)
Everything was great. The technical stuff in the room, funny saying everywhere, some might find "self-check-in" a bother, but I liked a new experience and there was always extremely polite and friendly staff around to help.
All in all - 7min walk from Amsterdam Zuid train station.

This hotel was fantastic. My first time in Amsterdam and I had heard and read from reviews that the rooms in Dutch hotels were small - not at this hotel! It is so well located near many restaurants and attractions. It has a great bar open until midnight with fantastic friendly bar staff.

You could not wish for a better location. The hotel staff are awesome and some of the most helpfull and friendly I have ever experienced. The apartments themselves offer you a little bit of Amsterdam. The canal views are amazing and we loved having breakfast looking out on what felt like 1 of the best views in Amsterdam. -

The staff at the hotel were very efficient and friendly. Check-in took
about five minutes in the queue, but only 30 seconds to complete once at

We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well. We stayed for only one night but found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, of a decent size, and had modern but basic facilities; about what you would expect at a three-star hotel. There were tea/coffee making facilities and a hairdryer in the room also. The hotel was very close to the transit line and you could be in the
city very quickly, as well you could just as easily make a day trip to
places such as Rotterdam or Haarlem. The restaurant served first class
